Do you remember how you celebrated your tenth birthday? your fifth? your fifteenth? I don't. I don't remember how I celebrated my sixteenth, eighteenth, twenty-first, or 30th birthdays either. I do remember how I celebrated my twenty-seventh though.

I don’t remember how I celebrated my 10th or 5th birthday. It was just way too long ago! I do remember celebrating my 15th birthday though. I had a lot of girlfriends over and we just hung out and some of them stayed the night at my grandma’s. It probably wouldn’t be considered my “favorite birthday” but I did have fun! I would definitely have to say this year, my 18th birthday, was my favorite. I got a hug from all of my close friends and we just went out to dinner and had a good time. It was so fun! It took me 18 years, but I finally figured out I just like being with the people I love. As cheesy as it sounds, being with the people you love will make you the most happy and will probably be the most enjoyable.
